Accounts & Office Administrator (Part-Time)

We are pleased to be supporting a manufacturing SME based in Upper Langford in recruiting a Part-Time Accounts and Office Administrator to cover maternity leave from mid November through to at least October 2025 (potentially December). You will be working 3 days a week, Monday (essential), Tuesday & Thursday ideally.

Day to day duties will include:

  • Basic accounts administration – purchase ledger, sales ledger and credit control
  • Making supplier payments
  • Prepayment & Accrual Spreadsheet maintenance
  • Managing the banking and cash flow spreadsheets
  • HR – Keeping track of Holidays / sickness records
  • Logging of Production clockcards weekly
  • Other general administration tasks as required

This role is best suited to someone with good accounts/bookkeeping experience used to working on Sage 50 in small or SME businesses. This role is offering an hourly rate of £14ph and there is onsite parking.
