Change Recruitment are currently supporting a small family farm based business, based on the outskirts of Taunton, who are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their team.  Thanks to continued growth this is a full-time role and will be office based due to the nature of the business.

Key duties:

  • Processing sales orders onto the system
  • Raising and sending out sales invoices to customers
  • Recording purchase invoices onto Xero
  • Resolving customer and supplier invoice queries
  • Some reconciliation work
  • Company Payroll processing
  • Stock recording and order placement
  • Ad-hoc administration duties as required


The ideal candidate will be happy to be flexible and help out in the office as required, as is the nature of working within a small family run business. Experience using Xero and MS Excel are ideal, but not essential.

In return this role is paying circa £26k depending on experience and offers can offer an immediate start to the successful candidate.
