Change Recruitment are delighted to be working with an excellent multi-national organisation. Working in a small finance team you will be responsible for Sales Ledger, Credit Control, bank reconciliations and supporting with other transactional and general accounting duties.
This is a Part-Time role working 20 hours a week with flexibility on how the hours are worked. This will ideally be over 4-5 days and including a Tuesday and Thursday which are office days, the other 2-3 days will be work from home days.
Responsibilities:
- Process and post daily bank transactions (including foreign currency accounts).
- Complete regular bank reconciliations
- Manage day-to-day bank account administration, including queries, online banking access/user administration and maintaining bank documentation filing to support audit readiness.
- Take full responsibility for credit control, chasing overdue invoices and resolving customer queries
- Allocate receipts and maintain accurate customer account records
- Support other ad hoc finance tasks as required
