Change Recruitment are currently recruiting an Administrator role for a property management company based in Clevedon, North Somerset. Working alongside an experienced team you will be responsible for administration and customer service duties to support the Property Managers.
Duties include:
- Assist a team of Property Managers to Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Oversee day-to-day correspondence generally via email and phone, mainly maintenance & repairs queries, from tenants.
- Assist the Property Managers where required in booking in contractors
- Recording all communication on the property management system
- Ad-hoc administrative support for the team
The ideal candidate will have experience within administration and ideally have an interest in this sector. This role offers a salary of circa £27k and 24 days holiday plus banks.
