Our client, based locally on the outskirts of Burnham-on-Sea, are looking for a Billing Administrator to join their team on an initial 6 month contract.
You will be working in a small accounts and admin team that reports to a large corporate head office.
You will be based in the office working alongside three other experienced team members.
Duties include:
- Liaising both internally and externally regarding billing queries
- Looking after the billing mailbox to resolve incoming queries
- Liaising with clients to ensure PO Numbers are in place prior to invoicing
- Liaising with Credit Control to ensure that all data entered is aligned
- Review customer accounts that have suspended billing and resolve issues to ensuring invoicing can continue
- Process manual billing/sales invoicing where necessary
- Support the credit control team with any queries in a timely manner.
- Support the sales team with PO queries with existing clients.
- Review and update daily billing reports
Working hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with 30mins for lunch, this role will be based in offices where parking is available.
Experience of sales ledger would be ideal for this position alongside use of Excel.
