Change Recruitment are looking for an experienced commercially focussed sales professional for a world renowned manufacturing business with offices in Weston-super-Mare. Joining the business as the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with customers, both new and existing, to build strong sustainable profitable relationships. Ensuring the level of customers service expected from a highly regarded organisation is delivered.
Your main duties will include:
- Manage and develop existing customer base in the South West region
- Identify, approach and win new business suitable for Weston super Mare facility
- Create own new business pipeline for good fit to the business.
- Weekly Report completion on customer visits, pipeline, sales projections etc.….
- Drive customer value, increasing margin whilst exceeding customer service expectations.
- Being part of the team ensuring the department targets are achieved and exceeded.
- Provide excellent communicate channels both internally and externally substantiating all customer enquiries into the business are concluded to good standard.
- Supporting quality investigations and corrective actions
In order to achieve these goals you will be self motivated with a can do nature. Be an excellent communicator and presenter with an influential attitude.
Experience in manufacturing/technical environments is essential when applying for this role.
