We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join an established professional services business based in Clevedon. Working within a small team you will take care of a portfolio of medical cases, taking full responsibility for all the associated administration and communication for each case.
This opportunity offers a salary of £25k per annum and you will be working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday with hybrid working available. There is parking onsite for when going into the office.
Key Responsibilities for this role are;
- Liaising with different parties (hospitals, doctors, patients, solicitors) to book in appointments, ensuring full appointment information is shared between all relevant parties in accordance with service level agreements
- Ensuring patients attend their appointments, re-arranging where necessary
- Manage external resources, ensuring good service levels within set budgets
- Ensure a consistently high level of service and communication at all times with all parties
- Monitor service levels and ensure client satisfaction with external agents
- Plan and prioritise your own workload
The successful candidate will possess good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. In addition the candidate will be a self-starter with the determination to offer an excellent quality of service and achieve the objectives of this role under pressure.
