Change Recruitment are currently working with a local government organisation who are looking to find a Case & Service Support Officer to join them on a temporary contract up until mid October. This role is open to both Full and Part Time applications.
The purpose of this role is to support the local community, both members of the public and local businesses, with Community Health queries and to process applications. Working in a small team you will share case loads ensuring that you provide excellent customer service at all times.
You will be responsible for looking after a number of active cases, from initial application processing through to any associated customer queries. You will ensure that all correspondence is accurately recorded on the system, and service levels are achieved at all times. You will also provide reports to management on current cases.
