Due to continued and successful growth, I am currently recruiting for a NHS partnered service provider (pharmacy services) based in Bristol.  Offering hybrid working mostly home based (after onsite induction/training) you will join an established customer service team as a Customer Care Advisor, providing support to new and existing customers mainly via written communication as well as some outbound calls where necessary.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and written communication skills with a desire to join a business where they can start a career.  This business is keen to help employee’s progress via training courses related to their sector, so if you are interested in a career in healthcare/pharmacy then this could be an ideal opportunity for you.

Duties include:

  • Proactively manage new customers through the onboarding process to ensure a professional and smooth experience.
  • Take ownership of all incoming contacts through various media channels (phone, email, live chat, social media etc.) to ensure a swift resolution.
  • Assist customers with a wide range of enquiries regarding their accounts, orders and deliveries etc., whilst demonstrating an empathetic and friendly approach.
  • Update customer accounts accurately using various systems
