My client, based in Clevedon, is currently looking for a number of Customer Service Officer's to join their team on a temporary basis for a period of 3-6 months. Working in a newly set up team, you will be working on behalf of a number of different local councils to support customers with grant queries. This role will be based at the company offices in Clevedon.
Key Duties:
- Handling incoming customer calls in relation to grants
- Checking customer databases for grant eligibility
- Sign posting customers to grant application forms
- Administration of customer queries
- Completion of grant application forms for vulnerable customers
- Any other duties as required within the grade of the post
This temporary position offers flexible working hours of Monday – Friday 37 hours a week with an hourly rate of £10.50ph - £11.00ph.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer service role and be comfortable using MS Office.
