Change Recruitment are currently working with an established professional services business based in the heart of Weston-super-Mare. We are looking for 3 Customer Service Administrators who are enthusiastic about providing excellent customer care. Ideally you will come from a customer service background be it office, retail or hospitality based with a desire to grow your experience within a professional office based environment.
Responsibilities for this role include:
- Communicate professionally, clearly, accurately and effectively with internal and external customers through various channels.
- Accurate maintenance of the operational databases and customer files.
- Take personal responsibility for reading and using the team training resource
- General housekeeping duties scanning and photocopying
- To assist where necessary to ensure the smooth running of the department
- Be confident in decision making and finding the best outcome for the client and customer
- Meet performance indicators, as agreed during performance reviews.
This is a role where you will get to talk to a variety of different customers primarily over the phone, but with some email correspondence. You will have the ability to quickly establish a customer’s requirements in order to provide the best possible support you can.
