Our client who is based in Weston-super-Mare are looking for a full time Customer Service Advisor to work in their Head Office on a fixed term contract until the end of October 2022.
Joining a small but effective team you will be the first point of contact for all post-delivery customer communications. The role is diverse and will involve resolving a number of different queries and complaints. You will do this both over the phone and in writing, so excellent communication and letter writing skills are required.
Having a professional understanding of what makes the best customer service is vital, as well as flexible and the ability to multi task.
Finding the best resolution for customer and company by using your initiative will be key.
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential and exceptional communication skills both verbally and written are a requirement.
Being proficient in Microsoft Office is essential and of course outstanding customer service skills.
