Change Recruitment are currently working with a well respected employer with offices based in Bridgwater. We are looking for 3 Customer Service Assistant’s to join a dedicated customer service team in providing excellent customer care.
The working hours for this role are: Tuesday – Friday 09:00-17:00, Saturday – 07:00-16:00.
Duties include:
- Responding to all customer enquiries and ensuring they are kept up to date regarding their order
- Book incoming jobs onto company systems and allocate them to relevant depots
- Work closely with colleagues and customers to identify any discrepancies in stock movements
- Assist with price quotations for movement of loads upon request
- Ad-hoc duties to support management
In order to succeed in this role you will need to be used to working in an office based customer service team, as well as working in a fast paced environment.
