Customer Services Coordinator - hybrid working

This role involves the opportunity for hybrid working as part of a team coordinating the sales order processing for major customers and will definitely appeal to you if you pride yourself on your ability to juggle a number of priorities, enjoy working in a busy and fast moving environment and can bring creative problem solving to your role.The position offers lots of customer and internal interaction and relationship building most frequently via email rather than via telephone.

Other key strengths required in this role include being conscientious, cooperative with an eye for detail and accuracy ,working to clearly defined processes and procedures in a department with experienced supervision in place.

You will have the ability to work calmly and methodically when under pressure whilst meeting business and customer deadlines and be comfortable building relationships with colleagues internally, liaising with customers whilst working in a busy and focussed department and be able to recognise the need for a heads down approach when the demands on your time and the business are high.

As a key channel between the customers and the company ,your role will involve making sure that all the orders placed are accurate, confirmed and authorised before being placed through to manufacture and shipping.Going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the order to finished product journey, that materials are in stock for production, attending daily production meetings ,identifying sales production priorities and working to production lead times. 

Excellent customer service across the business is a department and company priority.

It’s important that you are comfortable using a number of internal IT systems and the role will also include maintaining sales forecasts and  regular sales/KPI analysis
