Change Recruitment are currently working with a rapidly growing manufacturing business based in Swindon to find a dynamic and commercially minded Customer Success Specialist. 

Focusing on a Western EU customer base, this role is vital in establishing strong relationships with existing customers.  Speaking with them regularly, and reminding them of the benefits in working with the business, booking in meetings for the Sales Director.

Main duties include:

  • Proactively develop existing customer accounts within Western EU (mainly France, Norway, Sweden, Germany)
  • Analyse and manage your pipeline daily to maximize your effectiveness.
  • Provided a pro-active and consultative approach for customers on their choice of products and added value services.
  • Maximise supply chain opportunities to benefit customers and margins.
  • Evaluate the competitors and promote our competitive advantages.
  • Provide competitive leading technical support to customers.
  • Maintaining customer records in the CRM, including communication visit reports, pipeline developments, price lists and terms of trading.

This role is all about people skills and having confidence when it comes to communicating with customers.  Your objective is to build relationships and sell the benefits of working with the business in order to increase loyalty and volume of work from each business.  You will be working directly with the Sales Director, who will support with full product and customer information.

In return, our client is offering a competitive salary, excellent bonus structure based on performance, 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm with an hour for lunch, 25 days holiday, company pension.
