Change Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join a successful business that has gone through a period of growth. Joining this business you will report directly into the leadership team and lead a small team consisting of 2 Accounts Assistants.
This role requires a candidate who is experience working in SME businesses, and would relish the opportunity to join a business where they can review and improve current processes as well as implement monthly management reports and KPI’s.
Main duties will include:
- Managing all finance and accounting operations for the business
- Monitor and control cash flow
- Submissions to HMRC for PAYE, VAT & CIS
- Implement monthly management reporting
- Development of internal control policies and procedures
- Preparation of accounts ready for year end completion by the Accountants
- Payroll via Sage 50 (Weekly)
- P11D’s
The ideal candidate will be at least AAT Qualified and have experience running a accounts department within a busy SME. You will also have excellent working knowledge or Sage Line 50 and MS Excel.
