We are currently recruiting a health and safety coordinator who has a passion for driving and instilling a positive health and safety culture to join the UK arm of our global client.
This is a fairly unique opportunity which would suit someone who would enjoy traveling to and working in varied sites across the UK (Company Car will be provided)
Building internal and external relationships, offering Health and Safety support and guidance to the operational management teams, attending customer site meetings when requested.
The role will report directly to the Health and Safety Manager but once established you will work with a high level of autonomy and independence.
You will be visiting company and customer sites across the UK with locations ranging from Southern England to Scotland when not on site you will be working from home managing the administrative element of your role
We are looking for someone who has the ability to both question and listen , show understanding of the operational issues, advise and support with the implementation of positive changes .
You may potentially be quite early into your career in H&S ,with a NEBOSH in Construction Qualification plus a knowledge of ISO system standards.
