Change Recruitment are delighted to be working with a growing manufacturing business based in Weston-super-Mare who are looking for a Senior HR Advisor. This role will be stand alone within the Weston site with support from a regional HRBP and also the Head Office HR Team.
You will act as first point of contact for the leadership team within Weston, helping to create a positive work culture through implementation of HR lead procedures.
Duties will include:
- Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organisational design.
- Recruitment at all levels of the organisation. Supporting the employee life cycle in such areas as: onboarding, induction, stay interviews, career pathway support and offboarding etc.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and recognition programs.
- Implement and maintain policies and procedures that promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Take an active part in HR processes including attendance, capability and disciplinary meetings as appropriate, advising management in line with Company best practice.
- Ensure that all HR related documentation is up to date.
This is a very hands on role and as such you will look after all HR responsibilities onsite from HR Admin through Advisory support. The ideal candidate will ideally be CIP Level 5 qualified, be used to working in a similar role and be a confident communicator.

The working hours for this role are Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5pm, Friday 08:30am - 4pm and this is an office based role.
