Change Recruitment are currently recruiting a HR Assistant to support a HR Manager on a temporary basis for an initial period of 3 months.  This role will predominantly look after the recruitment side of HR, covering a range of duties such as:

  • Advertising for factory and office roles
  • Conducting / sitting in on interviews
  • Completion of new starter paperwork
  • Carrying out new starter inductions
  • Supporting the HR Manager with general HR duties

This is a busy role that requires a candidate able to communicate effectively across all levels of the business and maintain confidentiality at all times.  Experience in HR/Recruitment is preferred, but strong administration experience will also be considered.

An immediate start is available for the right candidate.
