Are you looking to undertake an engaging HR Business Partnering contract where you will be heavily involved in TUPE for an acquisition and associated project work?

We are currently working with a growing organisation looking to add further depth to their HR function for an initial period of 6 months to help with a number of projects.

Working directly with the Head of HR you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the TUPE transfer of circa 150 staff and all associated project work
  • Leading a relocation project affecting circa 70 staff
  • Leading a project on mandatory E-Learning, checking compliance and engagement
  • Embedding the Centralised HR Services across management groups, enhancing engagement

In order to be successful in your application you will need to have demonstrable experience in TUPE, ER project work, CIPD Level 5 or 7 and be able to travel to various sites in the UK as required.
