Change Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting a HR Manager position on behalf of a highly successful manufacturing business based in Highbridge, Somerset.
The position could be full time with some working from home flexibility (1 day per week) after the initial period understanding the company and culture.
The company manufacture a highly innovative product for customers across a range of industries and have won a number of industry awards in over 18 years of successful trading.
As the business continues to grow and strengthen the leadership team there is now the opportunity for a talented HR Manager to join them.
The role will report directly to a board of directors and will offer a high level of autonomy and is a great opportunity for an individual who is both confident and diplomatic, self-motivated, people and process focussed and enjoys a varied and challenging operational HR position.
The position will involve taking ownership of a number of key responsibilities across this Somerset based multi-sited business as well as mentoring an experienced HR Officer.
This role will suit a HR professional, with a minimum of 3-5 years generalist HR experience plus level 5 CIPD or equivalent.
You will be confident in your employment legislation knowledge having responsibility for Employee Relations, HR Policies & Procedures, Talent Management ,Learning & Development including Apprenticeship Levy utilisation , Employee, Benefits and Payroll records
Key to success in this role will be the ability to support the business by quickly building relationships and trust across the operational management team
You will operate as a hands on HR Manager supporting the managers and wider business through change as it moves towards its next level of growth and success.
