Logistics Administrator

Our client, based in Weston-super-Mare, are looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time Logistics Administrator to join them on a temporary basis for an initial period of 6 weeks.

Key Duties:

  • Answering telephone calls from customers and assisting them with booking in deliveries
  • Processing delivery details onto the system and chedules for drivers
  • Taking payments over the phone
  • All associated administration on the computer system / CRM

Key Requirements/Experience:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office is essential
