Change Recruitment are currently working with an established professional services business based in the heart of Weston-super-Mare. We are looking for a Personal Claims Handler who has excellent customer service skills and has potentially worked in a similar type of environment.
Responsibilities for this role include:
- Communicate professionally, clearly, accurately and effectively with internal and external customers through various channels.
- Managing a personal workload of claims and pro-actively managing these claims from start to finish
- Ensuring the customer is treated fairly and that the customer receives excellent service in accordance with industry and company guidelines
- Collecting and inputting accurate data into the in-house computer systems
- To assist where necessary to ensure the smooth running of the department
- Be confident in decision making and finding the best outcome for the client and customer
- Ensuring work is completed within timescales
This is a role where you will get to talk to a variety of different customers primarily over the phone, but with some email correspondence. You will have the ability to build trust with your customers, and take them on a journey through their claim.
