Change Recruitment are pleased to be supporting a growing business based in Rooks Bridge between Weston-super-Mare and Burnham-on-Sea. Supporting the operations team you will work as a Projects administrator, providing full administrative support to a number of ongoing projects.
Duties include:
- Providing general administrative assistance across the Projects Team
- Obtaining quotations from suppliers for items required for works
- Ordering from suppliers
- Preparing and sending out purchase orders
- Working with suppliers to ensure delivery deadlines are met
- Collating, printing and uploading documentation for Project Manuals
- Assisting with packing and delivery notes
- Prepare Work Packs for projects
- Other duties as appropriate
This role involves great communication skills both internally and externally, a proactive approach to work to spot any potential upcoming problems and excellent computer skills.
In return this role offers a salary in the range of £26k - £29k. This role works Monday to Friday full time (some flexibility in these hours within the core hours of 8:30am and 5:30pm) in the office.
