Job Description:
Change Recruitment are pleased to be supporting a property management business who are looking to add a Property Manager to their team. Reporting to the company director, you are responsible for the day to day management of a portfolio of developments in and around the Bristol area.
Duties include:
- To carry out development inspections as necessary to ensure the Companies’ responsibilities are met.
- To proactively communicate with customers regarding our management of their development, ensuring communication strategies are achieved and reviewed on a regular basis.
- To effectively manage the relationship with the customer including responding to queries and building positive relationships with stakeholders
- Attending meetings with customers and clients as required, working with customer formed groups such RA’s, RMC’s RTM etc.
- Ensuring Customer complaints are resolved effectively and in a timely manner.
- To liaise with our Accounts department to ensure accurate financial management of the development.
- Source, Appoint and Manage competent trade persons to undertake works across the portfolio.
- To ensure all works undertaken by contractors are of suitable quality and cost effective.
- To ensure all Health & Safety and Industry legislation is adhered to.
