My client, a growing organisation based in Highbridge, is looking for someone to work on their reception desk and cover a variety of administration duties. This is a part time role working 8:30am – 5:00pm Thursday and Friday.
Please see below a few duties for the role:
- Answering incoming calls and meeting all visitors face-to-face
- Booking meeting rooms, making sure rooms are ready for clients
- Organising lunches for meetings
- Book in and track parcels / pallets with Parcelforce and TNT
- Pricing for overseas collections / deliveries
- Sourcing / organising couriers for same day deliveries for important documents
- Responsible for stationary orders
- Booking transport and hotels for staff
- Keeping kitchen and reception areas tidy
- Reporting vending machine problems
- Various tasks to support the business including typing letters, producing documents, photo copying, binding documents / presentations,
The salary for this role will be £20k pro rata for 2 days a week.
