Our client based in Weston-super-Mare is looking for a new Recruitment Coordinator, to help them with finding new staff and ensuring that the onboarding process for applicants is efficient and welcoming.

The position is to cover a maternity leave for between 9-12 months and you will be working as part of a recruitment team of 4 based within the Weston-super Mare office.

The responsibilities of this role will include discussion of requirements with line managers, advertising new opportunities, shortlisting, conducting interviews, referencing and screening, booking inductions and keeping in regular contact with new recruits to resolve any queries or issues they may have as quickly as possible, whilst promoting an anti-discriminatory work practice.

Additionally you will liaise with external recruitment agencies, provide statistics and produce recruitment data reports and from time to time attend recruitment events.

Working hours will be 9am-5pm Monday – Friday and after a period of training once you are confident in your role there may be an opportunity to work some days from home
