Sales & Business Development Lead-Electrical Connectors Industry

If so, then you will enjoy taking your next step by joining our hugely successful Wiltshire based client who supply their products to a global customer base across several key mechanical and electrical engineering sectors

As part of the UK sales division, you will have responsibility for further establishing relationships within the aerospace and defence electrical connectors customer base.

To be considered for this role you will have already gained technical expertise and built supplier and customer relationships within the electrical connectors field in your career to date.

You will be working with the National Account Managers on a combination of established accounts to strengthen relationships and maximise sales and focussed on a new business proactive sales strategy to meet and exceed KPIs.

Both independently and with your colleagues you will provide technical and commercial support to customers for design-in solutions and actively develop new business relationships and increase sales revenue

You will report to the UK sales director on business sales planning& success, KPIs, pipeline growth ,quote conversion and margins.

Making direct contact , nurture established and build new relationships with potential customers via phone, email, Linked In and face to face.

Working with operations leadership you will research and recommend new products, suppliers and solutions. Liaising with suppliers for technical & commercial support.

You will be supported by the inside sales team with market pricing for the creation of quotes whilst maximising margin potentials.
