Do you enjoy building and maintaining relationships with customers and supporting them from the point of enquiry to the direct sale /supply and distribution of product or bespoke product manufacturing?
If so then our successful family owned engineering industry client are looking for a new team member to join their Clevedon office.
The company has a number of offices across the UK and from Clevedon you will be looking after customers across the South West.
This role has the benefit of both daily face to face customer contact and the management of customer enquiries by email and phone. so if you are looking for variety and lots of internal and external communication then this could be ideal.
The business will provide training for the new team member and as well as working with highly knowledgeable colleagues this will involve product knowledge, processes for order management ,systems use and customer accounts management.
To thrive in this role you will be confident communicating with others, well organised, positive ,flexible, able to work both as part of a small team and independently.
Because of the nature of the business and customers regularly coming to site this role will be based in the office Monday – Friday with hours of 8.30am-5pm or 9am-5.30pm less 1 hour for lunch.
Salary is competitive, paying up to £25k plus performance based company bonus scheme payable throughout the year.
