Change Recruitment are delighted to be working with a local business that is part of a larger group to find a Service Administrator to join their team. Working in the maintenance and servicing team you will be responsible for coordinating the servicing and certification of customer equipment.
Main duties include:
- Monitoring existing service client’s renewals to ensure quotes are submitted on a timely basis
- Preparing and issuing quotes for new service clients
- Actively chasing down purchase orders
- Recording and updating all client and order details onto the CRM system
- Assist with scheduling of service and repair visits
- Take a proactive role to follow up on all installations with a view to securing the maintenance/service contract
- Producing purchase orders for materials and liaising with suppliers to ensure delivery dates and agreed costs are maintained.
- Assist the Account Assistant with any queries on client invoicing or supplier invoices.
- Creating Risk Assessments.
- Support with calling new, existing and dormant clients to arrange appointments and visits where required
- Assisting with general telephone calls and dealing with visitors and post
The ideal candidate will have excellent administration and communication skills. Happy to talk with customers over the phone and via email, talking through job requirements and costs.
In return this role offers a competitive salary, 25 days holiday and company pension. The working hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
