My client, a reputable business based in the Highbridge area of Somerset, is looking to recruit a Site Coordinator to help support site teams during the build process and customers with any repairs works that need to be scheduled in post completion.
The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, be extremely organised, have good knowledge of MS Excel and have a keen eye for detail.
The main duties include:
- Providing administrative support to the Sites Contract Manager, Site Managers and Site Engineers.
- Weekly reporting of site team working hours
- Handling and processing Customer Care and After sales requests.
- Book accommodation for the Site team as and when required
- Processing expense requests and performing credit card and fuel card reconciliations
- Processing material requests from Site Managers
- Checking stock levels through Sage 200
- Processing claims for late deliveries/damage via shipping companies
- Process sub-contractor invoices
- Weekly finance report using Excel
- Produce Month end reports – Missing items, Site provision (material costs) etc
- Process annual leave requests for site engineers using information from Sage
In return this role offers a competitive salary, 22 days holiday plus banks (rising to 25 days with service) and onsite parking. Working hours for this role are 08:30 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 08:30 to 15:45pm on a Friday.
