You will be working in a small accounts and admin team that reports to a large corporate head office.<br>

You will be based in the office working alongside three other experienced team members.</p>

<p>Duties include:</p>

<ul>
	<li>Liaising both internally and externally regarding billing queries</li>
	<li>Looking after the billing mailbox to resolve incoming queries</li>
	<li>Liaising with clients to ensure PO Numbers are in place prior to invoicing</li>
	<li>Liaising with Credit Control to ensure that all data entered is aligned</li>
	<li>Review customer accounts that have suspended billing and resolve issues to ensuring invoicing can continue</li>
	<li>Process manual billing/sales invoicing where necessary</li>
	<li>Support the credit control team with any queries in a timely manner.</li>
	<li>Support the sales team with PO queries with existing clients.</li>
	<li>Review and update daily billing reports</li>
</ul>

Working hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with 30mins for lunch, this role will be based in offices where parking is available.<br>

Experience of sales ledger would be ideal for this position alongside use of Excel.<br>

	<li>Process sub-contractor invoices</li>
	<li>Weekly finance report using Excel</li>
	<li>Produce Month end reports &ndash; Missing items, Site provision (material costs) etc</li>
	<li>Process annual leave requests for site engineers using information from Sage</li>
